Fun fact:
At Stryker, sustainability is more than just a benchmark. It’s a way for employees to create a lasting impact for themselves and future generations. Our office in Kiel has an annual baby tree planting tradition – for each “Stryker baby” – children of a Kiel employee born during the year, a tree is planted in our tiny forest the following spring. In March 2024, 19 trees were planted to welcome the newest editions to our employees’ families. This initiative is one way our employees create long-lasting impact on sustainability in a fun and meaningful way.
