At the start of each year, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) select which month they would like to host or sponsor. A recent Saloon was co-hosted by Stryker Women's Network (SWN) and Women in Science and Engineering (WISE). During these events, ERGs either boost engagement for their respective groups or mark special occasions. Events include food, music by our very own DJ, beverages, and, most importantly, fun with colleagues.
