Stryker’s presence in Puerto Rico dates back to 1988. Our current facility in Arroyo opened its doors in 2003 and is focused on manufacturing products for Stryker’s Endoscopy and Instrument divisions.

Our facility is over 220k ft and includes many amenities that support our employees’ daily lives. Our on-site cafeteria and dining space serves breakfast and lunch while offering a wide variety of choices. Throughout the year, the cafeteria will rotate menus to celebrate different events such as Restaurant Week, National Pizza Week, National Hot Breakfast Month and more. The fitness center is open 24/7, allowing you to exercise when it works with your schedule. Need to run to the bank? Not here, we offer ATMs and an internal bank Co-Op. If that wasn’t enough, our site also includes an infirmary, an outside terrace, and a dedicated space for nursing mothers.
Fun fact:
One of our conference rooms is named after Samuel Morse, the American inventor of the telegraph. Morse was known to love the Island of Puerto Rico and its weather, even visiting in 1858 to inaugurate a two-mile telegraph line, making Arroyo the first town on the island to have a wire.
