3. Flexible work options

We are proud to offer four work models, including hybrid, which allows our employees to work from home when they can and from the office when they prefer or business requires it. We encourage our teams to find what mix works best for them and provide the equipment needed for our employees to perform at their best from their homes.

4. Employee events and engagement

We are committed to creating an engaging workplace; with this in mind, our team in Brazil has created several events throughout the year to help employees socialize and network. These events are intended to create opportunities for people to meet each other and connect. A few of our events include birthday celebrations, lunch and learns, Festa Junina, coffee with leadership, kids' day, and our end-of-year party. The best part? Our office is also pet-friendly!

6. Collaborative Culture

We’re proud of our collaborative culture. People at Stryker are enthusiastic about helping teammates and colleagues from other departments. One way we recognize these acts of camaraderie is through our recognition program, which encourages people to share their appreciation by sending virtual thank-you notes, nominating someone who has gone the extra mile, and sharing these messages of gratitude at our quarterly Town Hall meetings.

7. Coffee space

Want to have breakfast with work colleagues where you can play video games? Or maybe decompress while you have your lunch at the office? At Stryker Brazil, you can!
