At Stryker, we know that feeling connected at work makes a difference. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) create spaces where employees can build relationships, share experiences and grow—both personally and professionally. Led by employees, for employees, these groups foster inclusion, provide support and help strengthen our culture.
ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that serve as a resource to both their members and Stryker. They provide opportunities to network, exchange ideas and navigate shared challenges while fostering personal and professional development. At Stryker, ERGs play an important role in creating an engaging and inclusive workplace. All employees are welcome to join any ERG, regardless of background or identity, to learn connect and contribute.

Stryker's Allies for All Abilities (3A)
3A helps promote and advance disability inclusion practices within Stryker that spark greater innovation, engagement and productivity. 3A fosters an inclusive environment by driving awareness, promoting accessibility and empowering employees, families and communities with apparent and non-apparent disabilities to thrive.

Asian Community Empowerment (ACE)
ACE is dedicated to celebrating Asian cultures, celebrating the Asian community and fostering inclusion through education, career development and community building. By creating opportunities for connection and learning, ACE empowers employees to grow and contribute to Stryker’s success.

Stryker's African Ancestry Network (SAAN)
SAAN is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace by creating spaces where Black employees and allies can connect, share experiences and grow. Through community-building, education and professional development, SAAN provides opportunities for meaningful conversations, networking and career development.
SAAN also serves as a resource to Stryker, offering insights and perspectives from the Black community to strengthen an inclusive workplace.

Stryker's Allies for Equality (SAFE)
SAFE fosters a workplace where LGBTQIA+ employees and allies can come together to celebrate authenticity, strengthen inclusion and strengthen allyship. By driving education, meaningful conversations and community support, SAFE helps create an environment where everyone can contribute and feel valued.

Stryker's Emerging Professionals (SEP)
SEP is built on the idea that we win when generations work together. Open to employees of all experience levels, SEP fosters career development and meaningful networking opportunities. SEP has a focus on the newest generation entering the work force and provides a space for all generations to learn, grow and contribute to Stryker’s success.

Stryker's Hispanic/Latino Network (SOMOS)
SOMOS is an employee network that celebrates the Hispanic and Latino community, promotes growth among members and embraces diversity to foster an inclusive and culturally rich work environment for all.

Stryker's Veterans Alliance (SVA)
SVA fosters a sense of community and inclusion for veterans and military-connected employees, including active service members, reservists, military spouses and family members. Through education, shared experiences and peer support, SVA creates a space where members can connect, grow and navigate their careers while honoring their unique backgrounds. The group also builds awareness and understanding of military culture across Stryker, strengthening our inclusive workplace.

Stryker's Women's Network (SWN)
SWN fosters an inclusive environment by creating opportunities for networking, mentorship and professional development for women and allies at Stryker. The group provides connection and support for all members while also offering dedicated subcommittees focused on employees sales and technical roles to ensure valuable resources and community-building.
