SMART Program at a glance: 

Ready to start a development journey that’s tailored to you? Our SMART Program is designed specifically for highly talented individuals who are looking for an accelerated career progression. This unique two-year program offers you two core rotations in Sales and Marketing followed by the opportunity to experience one of the European Business Enabling functions such as HR, Finance, RAQA or Customer Service.  

You will also benefit from networking with senior leadership, exposure to cutting edge technology, executive mentorship, global collaboration and training programs.  


Things you need to know: 

  • Focus areas: Sales, Marketing and business enabling functions such as Human Resources, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance or Customer Service 

  • Duration: 2 years 

  • Locations: Locations vary by year, but typically include opportunities in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Italy and France. Visit our career site for this year’s openings. 

  • Additional requirement: The completion of a university degree and maximum of one year work experience
